Try a Trend

New York, NY | November 2023

Each year, YouTube captures the internet’s pulse with its annual digital Trend Report. But in 2023, we flipped the script. Knowing creators thrive on real-world connection, we transformed the report into a fully immersive, in-person experience.

This one-of-a-kind activation brought the year’s top trends off the screen and into the physical world—creating a vibrant space for leading creators to connect, celebrate their impact, and draw inspiration from the culture they helped shape.

(P.S. We won the 2024 Ex Award for Best Influencer Program.)

Pinkcore

Inspired by Barbie’s whimsical travel scenes, we created a two-sided moving fabric backdrop—complete with a rocket ship (fake fire engine and all) and a hot air balloon.

And yes, plenty of pink props included.

Popular Music Genres

In 2023, Música Mexicana, Sped Up Music, and Jersey Club ruled the charts — so we built three silent disco rooms where guests could dive into each genre, surrounded by props that brought the vibes to life.

Lofi Lounge

We turned the chill vibe of Lofi into a real-life hangout by perfectly recreating Lofi girl and boy's iconic rooms — every detail, every prop. Creators could make it their own by swapping window views, tweaking the lighting mood, leaving desk notes, and swapping out props for a fully personalized experience.

VTuber

With Virtual YouTubers booming, we built an AI-powered booth where creators snap a selfie and instantly transform into their own virtual avatar — ready to be emailed and shared across socials for maximum digital swagger.

Skibidi Toilet

Skibidi Toilet blew up with over 16 billion views—and we brought the craze to life with a surprise flash mob of giant dancing toilets and cameramen, all moving in sync to that infectious theme song.

Nail Art Salon

We crafted 8 one-of-a-kind nail art designs that didn’t make the final cut. Slip your hand into our mysterious wall and walk away with a fresh manicure — done in under a minute!

Retro Arcade

We dialed up the nostalgia with classic arcade favorites like Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, and more. Players earned bragging rights—and sweet custom swag from our prize wall—just by diving into our installations and connecting with fellow creators.

Cinematic Aesthetics

Inspired by Wes Anderson’s signature style, we turned a giant LED screen into a whimsical rotating backdrop, complete with carefully curated props that bring every quirky scene to life.
